- Guest Faculty engaged would have no claim or right for appointment on regular basis nor will they part of the cadre of Teachers of EMRS .
- There shall not be any upper limit in taking number of classes .
- Guest Faculty will not be entitled for pay, if remains absent on working day . In case of absence of duty, payment will be calculated on pro rate basis .
- Working hours shall be same as other teachers .
- The engagement of Guest Faculty teachers will automatically come to an end once a regular/Contractual Teachers against the vacant post .
- The performance of the teachers will be reviewed on regular basis.
- Maximum age for guest teacher at the time of application shall be 62 years Old and the retired teacher engaged as guest faculty under the scheme shall be disengaged on attaining the age of 65 Year Old .
